Collective security is a principle in international relations where countries agree to work together to maintain peace and respond collectively if any member is threatened or attacked . Ramalinga Swamigal Popularly known as Vallalar, Ramalinga Swamigal or Ramalinga Adigal (1823–1874), was born in Marudhur, a village near Chidambaram.
